Run the track is a creative development programme drawn up by myself to develop, nurture and induct young creatives into the industry. The goal and purpose is to equip young creatives with skills, which will help them to navigate the creative industries independently.
The programme offers 2 months of industry guidance sessions & workshops with guests such as music lawyers, distributors & venue programmers to teach all the aspects of being a professional artist. A further 2 months are spent putting all the learning from the workshops into action, by creating an album, releasing it, and producing a launch party to celebrate it. One half of the group focus on the music, whilst the other half function as the industry around the artists, who bring everything together.
